These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and play666 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://play666.cam (the "Platform").

• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting service offered on the Platform, covering markets including but not limited to football, Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, basketball, and esports.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on play666, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. play666 operates a strict 21+ policy. Proof of age may be requested at registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of play666, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by play666 for violation of these Terms.
6. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued voluntarily by yourself or by a gaming authority.
7. Participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, play666 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any associated balances without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You accept responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify play666 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

play666 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied. The Platform does not charge Player-side transaction fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which play666 accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by player tier and payment method — Gold tier players benefit from higher limits and priority processing.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. play666 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The name on the withdrawal destination must exactly match the name on the registered Account.

play666 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. play666 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of any compliance or fraud review.

play666 offers various promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20, or ×25) before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the value of the Bonus Funds only, unless otherwise stated.
2. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet per spin or per game round applies — typically between RM250 and RM500. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are in use may result in the bonus being voided.
3. Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 50%. The specific contribution rates for each game are available in the respective promotion terms.
4. Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds expire within the window specified in the promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
5. Sticky Bonuses: Certain bonuses are designated as "sticky" (non-cashable). For sticky bonuses, the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings generated from the bonus after meeting the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
6. One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any one time unless the specific promotion terms permit otherwise.
7. Abuse Policy: play666 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close Accounts where it determines that a bonus is being abused — including through the use of low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or coordinated behaviour across multiple Accounts.

play666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to review promotion terms before claiming any offer. Always read the T&C before claiming any bonus.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant Game or Sportsbook market, which are published within the relevant product section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity. Sportsbook odds are determined by our trading team and reflect current market conditions — odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance and may be updated in real time during in-play markets.

play666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds caused by a technical fault, or placed in circumstances where play666 reasonably determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the play666 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, voiding of all bets and bonuses, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false name or identity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game or Sportsbook market
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical faults for financial gain
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using Bonus Funds
• Chargebacks or disputed payment reversals without genuine cause
• Money laundering or any transaction connected with proceeds of illegal activity
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at play666 staff or other players

All content on the play666 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game graphics, software, user interface design, trademarks, and audio-visual elements (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the proprietary intellectual property of play666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without the express prior written consent of play666.

You must not use the play666 name, logo, branding, or any Platform Content in any manner that could damage the reputation of play666 or mislead consumers about any affiliation or endorsement by play666.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, play666 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to incorrect bet placement by the Player
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security

play666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. play666 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players in advance of scheduled maintenance windows that may affect access to the Platform.

play666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
• The Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy
• Extended periods of Account inactivity (12 months or more)

In the event of Account closure for breach of these Terms, play666 reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. Where closure is due to Player request or standard inactivity, the remaining verified Balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any required compliance checks.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. We encourage Players considering closure due to gambling-related concerns to explore self-exclusion and responsible gambling tools before requesting permanent closure.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any posted amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. play666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to review updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation and licensing. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under the Company's gaming licence.

If you have a complaint regarding our service, you should first contact play666 customer support, providing full details of the complaint and any supporting evidence. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any rights that you may have under mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws applicable in Malaysia that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
